DJ BOOTH PRO ARTIST AGREEMENT
1. Your artist account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account, artist, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for every person you authorize to manage your catalog.
2. Rights you promise you have
You promise that you own or control all rights needed for every recording, composition, remix, sample, performance, artist name, label name, photograph, artwork, logo, biography, and other material you submit. You must have permission from collaborators, featured artists, remixers, producers, publishers, labels, and other rights holders. Uploading material does not transfer ownership to DJ Booth PRO.
3. Permission to operate the service
You give DJ Booth PRO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, encode, package, encrypt, preview, stream, display, promote, sell, distribute, and deliver your submitted material only as reasonably needed to operate DJ Booth PRO, its stores, artist pages, DJ charts, PRO, and LITE. This permission ends when the material is removed, except for completed purchases, backups, records required by law, and reasonable wind-down time.
4. Audio, metadata, and cue points
You are responsible for the accuracy of titles, artist and remixer credits, label, catalog number, genre, price, BPM, musical key, release information, artwork, and hot cue positions. DJ Booth PRO does not detect or verify BPM or key. You must review all metadata and cue points before publishing.
5. Store visibility and previews
You control whether eligible tracks and releases appear in your artist store, the main store, both, or neither. DJ Booth PRO may create or play limited previews from your audio to help customers evaluate a purchase. Published items may be packaged as DJ Booth files or packs for authorized use in DJ Booth PRO products.
6. Sales, prices, payments, and refunds
You choose prices where the service provides that option. Customer charges, taxes, payment-processing costs, refunds, chargebacks, and DJ Booth PRO's disclosed fees may affect the amount payable to you. Payment timing, minimum payout amounts, and available payment methods may change as providers or laws require. You authorize reasonable deductions for refunds, disputes, fraud, and amounts you owe.
7. Customer use
A purchase gives the customer a personal, non-transferable license to use the delivered item with supported DJ Booth PRO products. It does not sell your copyright to the customer. You understand that no technical protection can guarantee that copying or misuse will never occur.
8. Releases, compilations, and DJ charts
A track may appear in more than one release, compilation, or DJ chart when the participating rights holders authorize it. Creating those groupings does not change ownership of any track. You must not include another artist's track in a commercial pack unless the service permits it and you have all required permission.
9. Prohibited material and takedowns
Do not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious, or privacy-violating material. DJ Booth PRO may hide, reject, suspend, or remove material or accounts to address legal claims, payment risk, fraud, security, policy violations, or harm to users. We may ask for proof of ownership or authorization.
10. No AI-training permission
DJ Booth PRO will not use your submitted music, stems, artwork, voice, or artist materials to train generative AI models unless you give separate, explicit permission. Accepting this Artist Agreement is not permission for AI training.
11. Service changes and availability
The service may evolve, and features may be added, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. You should retain your own master copies and business records. DJ Booth PRO is provided on an “as available” basis and does not promise uninterrupted operation or any particular sales result.
12. Your responsibility for claims
You are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by material you submit, your breach of this agreement, or your violation of another person's rights. DJ Booth PRO's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
13. Ending artist access and agreement updates
You may stop publishing and may request closure of artist access, subject to completed orders and legal recordkeeping. DJ Booth PRO may update these terms for future use of artist tools. If a material update requires new consent, you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing.
Terms and Privacy
Applies to DJ Booth PRO, LITE, SpinList, Booth Brawl, AppReleaser Pro and our connected website services. Please review both documents before continuing.
