Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026 · Version 2026-10-15

DJ Booth PRO, a fictitious name of TOMMYWHO RECORDS, INC. (“we”, “us”), operates DJBoothPro.com and its connected services. This policy covers djboothpro.com, app.djboothpro.com, DJ Booth PRO, DJ Booth LITE, SpinList, Booth Brawl, AppReleaser Pro and other apps we distribute with a link to this policy, on supported desktop, mobile and browser platforms. It covers member accounts, digital and vinyl stores, artist and seller tools, downloads, licenses, community features and support. The information processed depends on the features you actually use.

ACCOUNT AND AGREEMENT INFORMATION

We process names, display names, email addresses, profile images, member identifiers, profile details and authentication tokens to create, connect and secure accounts. Our account provider handles sign-in credentials. We record acceptance of our Terms and acknowledgment of this policy with your member identifier, the date and time, and document versions and identifiers. We also record separate Artist Agreement acceptance where required. We do not treat these checkboxes as marketing permission or optional tracking consent.

PURCHASES, LICENSES, SHIPPING AND PAYOUTS

We process orders, products, amounts, taxes, shipping addresses, contact details, payment status, transaction identifiers, refunds, disputes, license entitlements, activation and device identifiers, and download activity as needed to fulfill purchases and control access. Payment providers process full payment credentials; we receive transaction details needed for the service rather than complete payment-card numbers. Seller records can include listing and inventory data, order and shipment details, tracking numbers, shipping costs, processing fees, seller earnings, payout destinations and available payout transaction references or receipts. Sellers and fulfillment providers receive the customer information necessary to fulfill an order and handle service issues; it is not permission to use customer data for unrelated marketing.

MUSIC, MEDIA AND DEVICE FEATURES

Imported music, cue points, playlists, waveforms, playback and mixing settings, recordings and other locally generated data may be stored and processed on your device. Importing music for local playback does not by itself publish your library. Features that you choose to use—such as uploading a release, publishing artwork or listings, sharing media, broadcasting, synchronizing purchases or sending a support screenshot—transmit the relevant content and metadata to us or the connected provider. Camera, microphone, file, audio-device and MIDI/controller access is used for the selected functionality, subject to platform permissions. Permissions can be changed through your device or browser settings, although affected features may then stop working.

ARTISTS, SELLERS, COMMUNITY AND STREAMING

Information you choose to publish, including artist or seller names, biographies, photos, artwork, releases, tracks, charts, record listings, prices, location, scores, ranks and achievements, may be public. Stream participation and Booth Brawl may display your chosen identity, avatar and interactions to the host and audience. Connecting services such as Twitch or Kick may provide account identifiers, channel information, authorization tokens and events needed for the enabled feature. Streaming or sharing may disclose content to a wider audience. Do not submit confidential material or content you are not authorized to share. The separate Artist Agreement's restriction on generative-AI training of artist submissions remains in effect; this policy is not permission to train generative AI on submitted artist material.

SUPPORT AND OPERATIONAL INFORMATION

We process messages, contact details and screenshots you voluntarily send for support, and relevant diagnostic information you provide. Servers and service providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, error logs and security events to operate and protect the service. Please remove passwords, financial details and unrelated personal information from screenshots. Release-management tools use configured hosting, signing and store services when you choose to publish; do not put credentials in public uploads or support attachments.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide selected features, restore purchases, deliver files, manage listings and inventory, fulfill and track orders, calculate earnings and record payouts, display public profiles and scores, respond to requests, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, maintain records and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on performing our agreement with you, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the services, or consent where required. You may withdraw consent for optional activities without changing processing already lawfully performed.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We and our providers use cookies, local storage and similar technology for sign-in, security, preferences, carts, downloads and connected features. Website services may also use analytics and referral attribution. Embedded media can connect to its provider and receive your IP address, browser information and viewing interactions. Use available cookie controls and browser settings to manage optional technology; blocking essential storage may disrupt sign-in or purchases. Agreement to our Terms does not override a cookie choice or authorize optional tracking where separate consent is required.

PROVIDERS AND DISCLOSURES

Depending on the feature, providers include Wix for website, accounts and commerce; the payment provider selected at checkout, including Wix Payments or PayPal; ShipStation and carriers for shipping; Netlify, Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare for hosting, storage or connected services; email delivery providers such as Resend for support messages; Discogs for catalog information; YouTube for embedded media; Twitch or Kick for connected streams; and Apple, Google or Microsoft for applicable platform distribution, accounts or payments. Only the providers involved in your activity receive information relevant to their role. Providers may also process information under their own policies. We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, to protect rights and security, comply with law or legal process, or in a business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information for money.

RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain information as long as reasonably needed for the feature, your account, completed transactions and licensing, accounting and legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. Retention varies by category; we do not promise immediate deletion of records that must be retained. Local files may remain until you remove them or clear app data. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Protect your credentials and contact info@djboothpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

You can update available account information, disconnect connected services, manage device permissions and request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information by contacting info@djboothpro.com. Account deletion is also available through our account deletion page. We may verify identity before acting. Depending on your location, rights may include portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and complaints to your privacy regulator. We will handle requests as required by applicable law, without denying rights because you decline marketing. Some purchase, licensing or legal records may remain. You may use the core LITE player without connecting an account; account-dependent purchases and restoration require sign-in.

CHILDREN AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

The services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information so we can review and remove it where required. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where providers operate. Applicable data-protection requirements continue to apply; acknowledgment of this policy is not a waiver of those rights.

UPDATES AND CONTACT

We post revised policies with an effective date and may give additional notice through the website, app or account. When a new acknowledgment is required, we will ask rather than silently recording acceptance. This policy describes current services and does not authorize an undisclosed new use of your data.
